Upload Compliance Document

Uploading calibration certificates, inspection forms or maintenant reports ensures your equipment records remain complete, compliant, and easily accessible at any time.

Step-by-Step Instructions #

  1. Go to Equipment
    • From the main dashboard, navigate to the Asset overview module.
  2. Select the Equipment
    • Use the search bar or filters to find the equipment you want to update.
    • Click on the equipment to open its detailed view.
  3. Open the editable section
    • Click on the Edit icon to open the editable view.
    • Move the operational status toggle from In operation to Under maintenance (the toggle is visible only if you have the proper permissions).
    • Navigate to the Maintenance history within the equipment profile.
  4. Click “Upload Document”
    • Select the Upload button to add a new file.
  5. Fill in Document Details
    • Enter relevant information:
      • Document type (e.g., Calibration Certificate)
      • Maintenance date
  6. Select File
    • Click Select file and upload the certificate (PDF).
  7. Save
    • Click Upload file to upload and attach the document to the equipment.

Best Practices #

  • Always include the calibration date to maintain accurate records.
  • Upload certificates immediately after calibration to avoid compliance gaps.
  • Set the toggle back to “In Operation” once maintenance is completed.

  • Uploaded documents are securely stored and linked to the equipment.
  • Only users with appropriate permissions can upload or modify documents.
  • Ensure the document is legible before uploading.
