Organization name: Enter or update your organization’s name.
Maintenance reminder lead time (months): Set how many months in advance you want to receive a maintenance reminder. A notification will be generated before the equipment’s maintenance is due.
Disable maintenance reminder: Select this option to turn off maintenance reminder notifications.
Team Members
View the users registered under your organization and send invitations to add new users.
Add new users:
Click on “Invite” button.
Fill up the email address of the invite.
Select the role(s) of the invite.
Click on “Send invitation”.
User roles & permissions:
Calitrak uses a role-based system to control access to features, data, and actions within the platform. Understanding user roles and their permissions ensures proper account management, data security, and compliance.
Administrator: Invite user, create, edit, and delete accounts and data
Manager: Same as administrator but cannot delete accounts or data
Technician:
Manage and complete maintenance tasks
Update equipment status and operational records
Generate reports (Premium)
Viewer: Read-only role for monitoring equipment and records.
